The United Nations Organization for Education, Science and Culture (UNESCO) was founded on 16 November 1945 and it's an integral part of the United Nations.
UNESCO’s mission is to contribute to the building of peace, the eradication of poverty, sustainable development and intercultural
dialogue through education, the sciences, culture, communication and information.
There are 195 countries member of the UNESCO, covering all regions of the world. There are more than 50 offices of the UNESCO throughout the world and its world headquarters are located in Paris, just at the foot of the Eiffel Tower.
